 If you wanted to add a gore factor to
this, you could do a make-up with an eye gone like
it had been pecked out. Check around costume shops
that carry latex appliances and you'll find one. Add
some stage blood, a few cuts and bites of your arms,
tear the stockings and add blood and you'll look
like you just left Bodega Bay.
For those who
don't want gore and just want the fun of the
costume, go just as it is. Just add nylons, black heels and a short
blonde wig and you'll look just like you stepped off the set
of The Birds!
This costume cost around $60.00
and comes with a green dress with a belt and jacket,
wrist bands and a headband. Each piece has large
blackbirds attached to them.
It's a one size fits
most costume, fits sizes 6 to 10 so you may want to
try it on in the store or order with enough time to
send it back if you have to. Directions are included on how to

In
1963, Alfred Hitchcock's thriller "The Birds" was released,
which portrayed freak bird attacks on mankind in the sleepy
coastal town of
Bodega Bay. One of the
main characters was Melanie Daniels, played by actress Tippi
Hedren. In part of the movie, she wore a pale green
skirt-suit during one of the vicious bird attacks.
